Group interval training sessions at Orangetheory Fitness are 60 minutes long and focus on treadmill training, indoor rowing machines, and weight room or resistance training. Our studio is well equipped, featuring 12 indoor water rowers, 12 treadmills, 12 TRX suspension unit systems and enough free weights and benches for gym sessions of up to 25 people.
Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions have been backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), and have been developed to keep your heart rate within a targeted range in which your metabolism is stimulated and your energy is boosted.
